Port Bell is an operating Lake Victoria port in Uganda undergoing rehabilitation and modernisation. The programme is intended to improve marine access, cargo handling and lake transport through dredging, navigation aids, terminal improvements and protection against sedimentation. Uganda's 2026–2030 transport planning confirms that the upgrade is an active implementation programme.
