Angola-Namibia Transmission Interconnector (Namibia section) is an electricity-transmission project serving Angola and Namibia. It seeks to strengthen grid reliability and regional power trade through high-voltage lines, substations and cross-border interconnection facilities. The Namibia section of the Angola–Namibia interconnector remained at project structuring/preparation in 2025.

The project is code named "ANNA" meaning the interconnection between Angola and Namibia. The proposed interconnector involves the construction of power transmission routed via the proposed Baynes Hydropower Plant in Lower Kunene, Namibia, to link the Namibian and Angolan electricity networks in the north western part of Namiiba and the southern part of Angola.

The objective of the project is to increase power transfer, improve stability and reliability and facilitate trade. The benefit is that ANNàcan serve to create a key link in the transmission interconnection development process.
