Colomue/Dedza OSBP is a one-stop border-post project serving Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa and Zimbabwe. It seeks to reduce clearance time and improve trade by coordinating customs, immigration and other controls within an integrated border facility and operating process. The Dedza/Calomué one-stop border post was inaugurated in June 2025 and began integrated border operations between Malawi and Mozambique.

<p>Benefits to be accrued following successful project implementation are as follows:</p>

<li>Enhanced border security;</li>
<li>Reduced waiting time for passenger and commercial vehicles at borders;</li>
<li>Reduced transport cost;</li>
<li>Trade facilitated for the member states including DRC, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Tanzania etc.;</li>
<li>Increased economic activities in the member states using the Calomue/Dedza border post.</li>
