The efficient operation of transport along this corridor also provides further opportunities to deepen regional integration as well as enhance national and regional economic growth and so raise standards of living of their people across the region. The specific objective is to contribute to the upgrading of the Chirundu-Harare section of the NSC road network through the rehabilitation of the 4 road links to a design pavement life of twenty (20) years, which represents a cost-effective and economically justified standard.</p>
