Mombasa Port New Container Terminal is a port and logistics project serving Kenya. It seeks to improve vessel access, cargo handling and landside logistics through dredging, berths, terminals, equipment or access infrastructure. Phase Two of Mombasa's Second Container Terminal was handed over in June 2022, adding approximately 450,000 TEU of annual capacity. The terminal remained operational through 2025.

The proposed off-dock ICDs/CFSs Integration Program comprise: (1) Relocating all container processing activities from marine yard to CFSs. (2) Simplifying of transfers between marine yard and CFS, and (3) CFSs enhancing facilities and technical competency to handle increased transfers from marine yard and to service clients.

(1) Increasing capacity in the short-term to avoid disastrous congestion. It is estimated that implementation of the CFS integration program may result in increase of capacity up to 1,350,000 TEU that would be adequate for at least another five to eight years.
