Expand the existing Pier 1 Terminal footprint for container stacking and creating three additional deep
water berths.
The project entails: the reclamation of 21ha of land between Pier 1 and Salisbury, acquiring 8,62ha of land
from the Department of Public Works, three deep water berths, terminal and cranes.
