Pointe-Noire Port Upgrading is a portfolio of port-improvement investments at the Republic of Congo's main maritime gateway. The current Congo Terminal expansion is intended to increase container capacity through a new 750 metre quay, deeper berth access and additional terminal area. It must be distinguished from separate fishing-port, Noatum and general port-modernisation packages.
